I provide psychotherapy and counselling to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions — particularly for LGBTQ+ individuals and our allies. My services are LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based.
I use an integrated approach based on what you bring to session. I am trained in several evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. I use the techniques from these approaches that will be most helpful for you.
I am available both online or in-person at my office, which is located right by Wellesley subway station and a public parking lot.
